Its almost impossible not to spot a fashionable person here in Bijou Bazaar, and one of

them had distinctively caught our attention. Here is Sarah, looking a bit casual yet those striped t-shirt along with her bold black skirt gives out an astonishing and confident finishing. Thanks again for your time!

Sitting by the street near Chawan cafe, this man appears with his friend and pausing by the pavement. Wearing just a simple moss green T-shirt, the croc™ and the white short pants seems to be a remarkably nice combination.

I was at a wedding recently and saw this man going back and forth taking pictures. I quickly approached him, and had a small conversation. He's from Paris and a friend of the family. The outfit he wore suited him, being smart but very casual at the same time.

Phil used to work in Malaysia for 3 years. He stays in London now. When asked what he thinks about Malaysia, his reply was "I love it!". Not many caucasian men wear Batik, so I thought it was nice seeing something different.

These two ladies were having a cup of coffee when I asked to take their picture. I didn't have my business card with me at the time, luckily, one of them (the one with the green dress and gladiator sandals) recognized me. After that they just stood still while I snapped a few pics of them. Love the gorgeous floral print dress (above) and the little peep-toes.

So I was at Starbucks and this guy caught my eye. He didn't have anything extravagant on, nope. What caught my eye was his large, thick glasses. It goes well with the baby blue tee he had on. I wish I went further back to capture his whole attire though, I like the shoes he wore. Nice guy.

Walking down the street has never been so enthralling when you start to look at how art has prevailed it self on everyone who walks upon this earth. The idea is to take a little time off the hectic of the world, placing your works nicely down a posh bag and have a nice cup of café au lait at the local coffeeshop. Before long, you are sure to find a significant if not tremendous amount people around you that really care about how they look, and what would you think of them. Fashion is a statement, a presentation, but most importantly its the character that one brings. Beat it discrete or loud, one could always tell her tales on what she plans to wear, and what she plans the people around her to think of her. Thus, reading fashion is as fun as reading people, their lives and seeing it all as one beautiful piece of artwork.

As for us, we have decided to find the stories of people all around the streets of Kuala Lumpur from clothes that they wear, things that they do and not forgetting who they represent. Styles are unique on every individual, and keeping that in mind, the next person walking down the street is every bit as valuable as the last piece of biscuit to a cup of tea. Doing so, we are hoping to find a spark to fashion that would pose to be genuine and the beginning of a new trend.
